Madison Lee
Personal Trainer | Nutrition Coach | Soccer Performance Specialist
Born and raised in Oswego, Illinois, Madison’s passion for athletics started early. She played competitive soccer throughout her youth with Team Chicago in Naperville, IL, while also leading her high school team at Oswego High School. Her talent and drive led her to national championships, a spot on the Olympic Development Program team, and multiple Division I offers as early as her sophomore year of high school.
Madison committed to Ball State University before ultimately transferring a year later and continuing her collegiate career at North Central College in Naperville, where she also earned her degree in Marketing. She ranked 6th in program history with the most saves, was a 3 time CCIW player of the week, second team All-CCIW selection, and academic All-CCIW.
After college, Madison earned her Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) credentials through NASM and is also CPR certified. With over 4 years of coaching experience, she’s helped clients build strength, improve body composition, and take control of their health in sustainable ways.
In addition to general fitness, Madison specializes in working with athletes—especially soccer players—focusing on strength, conditioning, and agility training to elevate on-field performance.
Now based in Wisconsin for the past 4 years, Madison has built her own training business from the ground up. She’s coached at Orangetheory Fitness and currently coaches at Life Time in Brookfield, where she continues to impact lives both in and out of the gym. I can’t wait to continue to impact others here through Mad Lee Fit.
